1. Purpose of the platform

• EuroDrone Connect is a training, practice, mission preparation, community, portfolio and service platform for drone remote pilots.
• The platform helps users learn, train with quizzes, prepare for CATS, organise missions, exchange with the community and develop their professional activity.
• EuroDrone Connect does not replace official texts, competent authorities, current aeronautical charts, insurance obligations or the operational judgement of the remote pilot.

2. User account

• The account is personal and must not be shared, resold, rented or used to bypass plan, quiz, AI assistant, portfolio, shop or community limits.
• The email address must be verified through an activation link before full account access.
• EuroDrone Connect may suspend an account in case of fraud, impersonation, fraudulent payment, abuse, excessive automation or breach of these terms.

3. Courses, quizzes and mock exams

• Courses, quizzes, corrections, sheets, diagrams, mock exams and AI explanations are provided for learning and practice only.
• Passing or obtaining a good score in a quiz, module, mock exam or EuroDrone Connect simulation does not equal obtaining the CATS, does not replace the official exam and is not an official certificate, flight authorisation or guarantee of success.
• Only the competent body or authority can issue a certificate, official exam result or administrative decision relating to CATS or remote pilot activity.
• Mass extraction, resale, public distribution or systematic copying of courses, quizzes, corrections and question databases is prohibited without written authorisation.

4. Access scope by account and plan

• Access to features depends on the user status, country, language, role, plan, active rights, usage limits and enabled modules.
• A non-logged visitor may access only public pages, presentation information, offers, portfolios or public content.
• A free user may have limited access to courses, quizzes, AI assistant, community, support or other modules according to displayed quotas.
• Paid plans may open or restrict areas such as premium content, quizzes, mock exams, AI assistant, Mission Center, Drone Battle, portfolio, marketplace, jobs, business, support, invoices and wallet.
• The free plan with all options enabled is a launch offer, temporary, and may be modified, restricted, suspended or ended at any time.

5. Remote pilot responsibility and generated missions

• The user remains solely responsible for flights, authorisations, insurance, declarations, operator registrations, skills, checklists, weather, geographical zones, restrictions and safety margins.
• Any mission, mission sheet, AI analysis, checklist, PDF export, flight area, weather estimate, cross-check or recommendation generated by EuroDrone Connect is provided only as indicative preparation support.
• EuroDrone Connect disclaims all liability for the operational use of a generated mission, flight plan, automatic analysis, map, weather data, NOTAM/RTBA/ICAO/UAS information or PDF document produced by the platform.
• Before any flight, the user must personally verify official data, local restrictions, authorisations, day conditions, environment, third parties, obstacles, privacy, drone compliance and actual mission feasibility.

6. Community, forum, files and moderation

• The community allows discussion about drones, regulation, missions, equipment, software, training and experience feedback.
• Insults, harassment, discrimination, encouragement to breach regulations, personal data disclosure, dangerous, misleading, illegal or third-party infringing content are prohibited.
• EuroDrone Connect may moderate, hide, edit, move or delete a topic, comment, file or profile, manually or with AI assistance.
• A user may be warned, limited, temporarily excluded or permanently banned from the community or platform in case of abuse, repeated misconduct or breach of these terms.

7. Portfolio, photos, services and public showcase

• The portfolio allows authorised remote pilots to present their profile, images, videos, services and references in a public showcase.
• The user guarantees having all required rights for photos, videos, texts, logos, trademarks, music, persons, places, visible property and publication authorisations.
• The user remains responsible for image rights, privacy, GDPR, copyright, trademarks and authorisations related to displayed places or clients.

8. Shop, marketplace, photos and services

• The shop and marketplace may allow the sale or presentation of photos, services, equipment, listings or content offered by remote pilots or partners.
• Each seller is responsible for the accuracy of listings, prices, sale rights, licences and tax, social, contractual and professional obligations.
• EuroDrone Connect may remove a listing, block a sale, suspend a seller or limit shop access in case of dispute, fraud, prohibited content or breach of these terms.

9. Intellectual property and content rights

• The EuroDrone Connect brand, interface, texts, course structures, quizzes, corrections, logos, visuals, databases, graphic elements and platform code are protected.
• The user keeps the rights they hold over their own photos, videos, texts, portfolios, listings and contributions, provided they actually own them.
• By publishing content, the user authorises EuroDrone Connect to display, host, resize, compress, translate if necessary and make it available within the chosen service.

10. AI, assistant and automation

• The AI assistant may help explain a quiz, prepare a mission, analyse context or guide the user, but its answers must be checked.
• AI does not replace a remote pilot decision, official consultation, legal advice, administrative authorisation or operational safety analysis.
• The user must not transmit sensitive data, professional secrets, client confidential information or unnecessary personal data to the AI.

11. Plans, payments, wallet and refunds

• Some features may be limited or reserved to a paid plan according to the conditions displayed on the offers page.
• Prorata, wallet, refund or plan change rules are those displayed at the time of the operation.
• Beyond 14 days after payment for a paid plan or service, no refund, even partial, may be claimed, except where contrary mandatory law applies.

12. Personal data, support and security

• Account data is used for platform operation, security, support, subscriptions, invoices, notifications and services activated by the user.
• Support requests, attachments, internal messages and histories may be kept to handle incidents, disputes, refunds, abuse or technical requests.

13. Changes to the terms

• EuroDrone Connect may update these terms to reflect new modules, legal obligations, offers, tools, partners or operating changes.
• Continued use of the platform after publication of new conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
